SLS CUSTOM HOMES maintains a job start projection sheet which allows us to schedule jobs as they are ready. We need to finalize plans, specifications and costs and submit for building permits. The sooner a commitment is made, the sooner your project gets into our schedule. We generally schedule to be ready to start your project when building permits are ready to be issued, so delay is minimal.
"WILL I BE ABLE TO LIVE HERE WHILE THIS JOB IS GOING ON?
During all remodeling or construction jobs, we clean after ourselves and try to protect your home in the best possible way and always meet or exceed your expectations.
"WHAT IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT AND FEEL SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT?"
We'll do whatever it takes to make it right, and you won't get put off. When the job is done, we will fully explain all possible contingencies, so you won't be alarmed if you see natural occurences affecting the project.
